Welcome to the 2026 AAEM Annual Conference! AAEM prides itself on the relationship we have with our Sponsorship partners. We are bringing back the “Community Room” exhibit hall that has all meals, refreshments, and breaks centered in the Exhibit Hall. That has created much more interaction with our Sponsors than most other conferences. In addition, our Friday night Cocktail Reception will also be held in the Community Room. This allows significantly more time in front of our attendees and time to create more interaction. We also allow all of our Sponsors to give a 2-3 min “Elevator pitch” during our Friday lunch. We personally pick which vendors we send our invitations to so all of our Sponsors are committed to the mission of Environmental Medicine.

Branding Opportunities
Promote your company’s sponsor booth, product, or upcoming event on the display. Digital ad must be approved by AAEM Conference Committee and due by Dec 1, 2025. Limit 4 per company. Audio free ads will run multiple times during the conference. Formats accepted JPEG (preferred), Microsoft PowerPoint, PNG, MP4 with h264 compression only. The video length exactly 15 or 30 seconds.
Greet attendees one-on-one and spread the word about your company by sponsoring a beverage or refreshment break in the morning or afternoon on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
After registering, the first thing attendees do is go through their tote bag to see what is inside. This opportunity gives your company a one-of-a-kind marketing opportunity that has not only a useful item with your logo on it, but a long-lasting reminder of your commitment to the Academy and conference. All branding must be approved by December 1, 2025. Sponsor is responsible for providing and shipping 300 items to the American Academy of Environmental Medicine 717 Kreutzberg Road Boerne, TX 78006 no later than January 1, 2026.
Our conference is the perfect time to launch a book or introduce your works to the medical community and public. We allow three hours for this event. Work with our Executive Directors to have your books available for purchase at the event.
