Wichita, KS – The American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) today announced the establishment of a scholarship program for students/residents of an accredited medical or naturopathic program to attend AAEM continuing medical education conferences.
The AAEM is seeking outstanding medical students or residents with a strong interest in complementary/ environmental medicine. The purpose of these scholarships is to provide financial assistance for students/residents interested in attending AAEM continuing medicine conferences. The scholarship award will provide entrance into the educational program, the exhibit hall and all meal functions.
Applications for scholarship to attend the AAEM 44th Annual Scientific Conference entitled “Body Under Siege: Inflammation and Autoimmunity” are due by October 1, 2009. For more information about the scholarship including how to apply contact the AAEM Central Office at 316.684.5500.
